Joe is a business development specialist with over thirty years of experience in early-stage venture development in the areas of business operations, financial technology, and advanced food production within circular systems. Joe has an established and proven track record of success in the Caribbean where he successfully established multiple businesses. Early in his career Joe was a Founding Partner and Executive Vice President of Holiday Travel of America, a leading vacation ownership and travel premium company.

Paul Geessinck is the lead engineer for all water projects at Sustainable Planet Solutions. Paul works closely with Klaas to execute the testing, design and engineering and project management processes for SPS’s projects. Prior to SPS and Adverio Waste Systems, Paul worked extensively in the World wide Waste Water Treatment and Waste to Energy industry for over 35 years holding positions at Redox Water Technologies, Ingenieursbureau Schneider B.V. and Colubris Cleantech.

Jim Green is a founding principal of Rosetta Capital Management. He and the late Michael
Swinford registered RCM in May 1997. Mr. Green is responsible for the management of all
aspects of RCM’s operations and trading decisions.
He attended Western Illinois University in Macomb,
Illinois, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Economics. Mr. Green
supported himself through college by working for DeKalb Ag Research.

Therese Turner-Jones is a Bahamian national and resident of Nassau, Bahamas. She heads an economic consultancy firm, MaxGwen Ltd. Her professional experience spans many decades in international financial institution including the International Monetary Fund, Inter-American Development Bank and
the Caribbean Development Bank. She has lived and worked in Washington, DC, Guinea, Conakry, Jamaica, Barbados, the Eastern Caribbean and The Bahamas.
